PICKLING PROCESS

We start pickling according to the harvest time of plums (late May to early June). If salt is given suddenly, it may cause wrinkles, so it is important to add salt gradually to the prescribed salinity.

QUALITY CONTROL

Also, during this period, the temperature and humidity are high, so we take great care to control the raw materials. It is a very important process that determines the quality of crisp plums.
